Pouyandegan Rahian Arsh Company was found in 2000 ;it started its activities with importing different shapes of steel materials such as steel beams and bars , hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel , u channel , equal angle , and also billet , slab , and scrap for steel industries.

From 2003 with increasing the activities, the main company has established another company as its branch which has been activating in field of scrap under Foulad Faravar Co title; it also has concentrated its activities in importing and specially exporting steel materials.
